Has this ever happened?

I'm not a historian of college sports. Has it ever happened that there are no #1 seeds in both the men's and women's NCAA Championship basketball games?

The only times there haven't been a #1 seed in the men's Final Four are 1980, 2006 and this year. In 2006 the women had 3 #1's (UNC, Duke, LSU). This year the women had 2. I can't find info on 1980.

Edit: I read that as "Final Four", not championship game. I'll see if I can find that out
