I was a little surprised by Oregons rank, and Texas' rank. Of course, people will just say it's because there's hardly any minorities in Oregon, but I would think that would seem to be unrelated (see: Montana, Idaho, and the Dakotas) and the more diverse states as proof that it's probably not related.
