have we heard any news on cj and Batum?

Okay, our playoff rotation is LA, Rolo, Crabbe, Gee, Lillard with Blake, Frazier, Leonard, and Freeland off the bench?

BRING IT ON BITCHES!

Per the Oregonian CJ and Kaman's injuries aren't considered serious and should be good for the game 1, same for Aldridge obviously. So the two "ifs" are Afflalo and especially Batum. I expect Afflalo would be back at some point, hopefully even for game 1 or 2. Batum, who shouldn't have even been playing in the completely worthless game last night, is the key.

Yeah that was silly for us to try and play Batum and Kaman last night. Hell, I would even sit dame tomorrow and go straight up 2nd and third string against Dallas.

Dame has never missed a game and I doubt he'd agree to sit one out now but I do think he should play reduced minutes.

Batum injured his knee in the first quarter and did not return. McCollumsprained his ankle late in the second quarter and sat out the rest of the game. Kaman left the game in the third quarter with a back injury.

The number of injured Blazers continues to grow. LaMarcus Aldridge, who has decided to put off thumb surgery until after the season, missed Monday's game with a foot sprain. Dorrell Wright fractured a bone in his hand two weeks ago and will miss four to six weeks. Portland announced Friday that Arron Afflalo will miss one to two weeks with a strained shoulder. Wesley Matthews is out for the season with a torn Achilles tendon.
Well, that about sums it up.

I hope.

Of course, but that's because Dame is a warrior. I am just saying it would be good to sit them, not what will probably happen.

Could it be that Dame just likes to play basketball?

Casey just said on Twitter he hasn't heard if they're even doing an MRI, so that sounds hopeful.

Link? I just checked his feed and saw this ...

Sorted through his replies and found this (Maybe this is what you were referencing?)

Batum needs MRI but says he feels fine and does CJ. Kaman, Aldridge, Afflalo are fine. Wright back for second round.

Edit: no MRI?

Batum will be fine. He won't miss any playoff games. Watch

I think all our reserves should play against Dallas. They deserve a chance to get injured, too.

So sounds like a bruise, right? Should be okay.

Told you guys. He'll be ight. That just needs some rest and ice. Plenty of time.

Only problem is batums notorious for saying my injuries hurt too much and its affecting me. This is where I wish he had Wes heart..

Pray that we get a Sunday playoff game for Game 1 ... that extra day could be the difference between no Nic and no Arron.
