HC Template (WIP)

Here's a template I'm working on, thought I'd get some feedback on what I've done so far:

I like what you've done so far. It's very simple. Is this going to be an actual site?

Yes, it's for my friend's hosting company.

Thats cool.You use photoshop for the design right? Do you just make everything and flatten the image, or do you make the buttons and everything separate?Also, do you know how to code? As in put the codes to buttons and stuff?I want to learn that stuff, I tried getting Dream Weaver and stuff, but I coudlnt do it.

I make everything, and then flatten and slice it, yes.Unfortunately I can't code, I'm hoping to learn HTML in the near future though.

Yea how do you do the slicing thing - I dont even know what its for.

You have to do it in ImageReady, you slice the image into all the individual images that you need to code it on the page. For example I would slice each button on the navigation bar seperately so when you click it on the finished template, it redirects to the link that it's coded for.

I made a crappy one before that Tony didn't like, and I think the one JW30 is working on is good anyway.
