OT HCP is at it again....

so first i wAnt it to be known there is no green font here. Im 100% serious for a moment.

Last nights game.

There was a point where one of the players ended up in the first row and a drink was spilled.

Within three seconds there was a very cool replay and the replay was rewound and played a couple times, giving the spilled liquid a “dancing in the air” feel.

Sure the liquid had to spill and fly through the air just right to keep it cool, but the quickness and creativity from the replay truck was awesome and duly noted by this often critical fan.

@HCP Awesome job on that. I thought it was really cool.

Lol. No man. Hardly sleeping at all.
Up almost all weekend packing up.
Moving out to canby. Bought some land with big farm house and a largecbarn im going to turn into a full on legit pro studio. Gotta be out of the current house on Tuesday.
Running on fumes so my humor is even worse right now i suppose.

Honestly though. I rewound and watch that a few times. Thougt it was great work for being done soooo fast.

I also got a few more real nice overhead shots throughout the game. I really like those. The had the Meyers/CJ play covered real well. Pass to Meyers then hand off back while setting a screen for the easy jumper. That was a good look.

Seems last year was full of mistakes but this year they are better. After 3 or 4 years and the consistency i guess the mishaps will happen less and less. Seems to make sense. Unless of course one of them starts drinking heavily before or during games. I heard tell that had happened once or twice in the past?

You don’t remember rice getting player names wrong almost every single game? The guy was terrible, unfunny, and truly an embarrassment by the end of his time as our color commentator. KC and Hurd aren’t perfect but they’ve gotten a lot better this year.

I loved Rice. Great guy to talk to in person too. I agree Calabro and Hurd have gotten much better.

I quite liked Barrett but imo Rice was just flat out terrible by the end. I’ve heard he was very nice in person and I don’t doubt that at all. But as an announcer I am glad we moved on.

It's just blurry enough that I can't tell if it's HCP in the trailer or Melo at Arrivals at PDX. One of the two...
