It's a segment called Freeze Play (sponsored by Coors Light). In this case, HCP "froze" the play whereas Oden passed to a cutting Miller right after Mayo had committed to the double on Oden.

Seriously, "THE", I think you guys do a GREAT job on the replays. I almost never find myself shouting, "WHAT THE HELL? YOUR NOT GOING TO SHOW THAT SHIT OVER AGAIN?????" and throwing my rubber brick at the TV. Keep up the good work. My TV appreciates it.
