An armed bicyclist shot a Gladstone police sergeant after fleeing a traffic stop Monday and then took a woman hostage at a Subway sandwich shop before the SWAT team ended the standoff by shooting him, authorities said.

It's sad nobody probably ever bought this guy a drawing pad and set of pencils.....and if you think Duck fans can't be assholes, you've never worked in Lane County or sat at a Ducks football game...some of the most brutal fans in college sports. I listen to them on the radio and you can hear them screaming about an offside call when they're up 53-3....if you drive in Eugene with an OSU sticker on your car, it gets keyed. I complimented the Beavers a few years ago at work and thought the Duck fan who flipped out was going to explode and have a heart attack. There are some insane Duck fans down here.

I'm to believe he was just going to wait and wait and wait to detonate a bomb. If he had one he'd have used it. I was in a two hour meeting today, it sucked but I made it.
