It's supposed to reach 104 today in my neck of the woods (according to iPhone weather app), the A/C is on the fritz. If I die, it was nice chatting with you all.

Because I love my wife, I'm following through on my agreement to go to the Fitz and the Tantrums concert at the zoo tonight. Contemplating stabbing myself. But then, I probably would have contemplated it even if the weather was perfect......chick music in or out of a furnace is not my idea of a good time.....

I really believe that hole in the ionosphere is as large as the US and firmly planted over Oregon. th rope through mans nose.jpgWeather like this make Ahmed freaking nuts

Mid August heat wave...brutal. Love my shade trees

Ooooooh, how will you people survive?????????

I'm loving 106, much better than 112-116 range.

It's been in the high 90s down here, and I have a new puppy so I've been outside getting sunburned with it. Oh well, it's supposed to go down to the mid 80s next week.

I love it. Rather be warm for three months and enjoy the sun than swim in the drizzle every damn day.

To each their own. I absolutely prefer cool weather, I love when it's cloudy and rain doesn't bother me. I hate when it's hot unless I'm in water and I don't actually like being in water that much.

I hate the rain, makes me want to stay inside. If I had dark skin this would be heaven. I'll burn in minutes.

Me too. Well, I enjoy 75-85, anything north of that is unethical. Give me rain and give me cool weather.

I'm cool with anything between 60 to 90, although high 80s is close to the danger zone. July and August down here predictably sucks.

I love LA

Must be the orange air talking

Q: Did you hear about the power outage at a Los Angeles mall?
A: Thirty shoppers were stuck on the escalator for three hours.

Q: What’s the difference between Los Angeles and yogurt?
A: Yogurt has an active living culture.

Q: How do you confuse a Los Angeles resident?
A: You can't, they were born that way.

Q: How do you make UCLA cookies?
A: Put them in a big Bowl and beat for 3 hours.

Q: What should you do if you find three Lakers fans buried up to their neck in cement?
A: Get more cement.

Q: What's the difference between a Lakers’ basketball player and a dollar?
A: You can get four quarters out of a dollar.

I'm not saying Lakers basketball players are dumb, but the coach is dressing six players for the home opening game. The rest will dress themselves.

I survived. I'm so excited for Tuesday night where it's gonna dip down to 48... I'm gonna wake up early and just sit on the porch and enjoy the cool air.

I cant stand hot. Worst part about moving here. Night time might get down to 80 occasionally and your ac can catch up briefly. I have central air and had to install a window unit in my bedroom just to sleep.
