PMs are down. there's some new way to embed youtube videos, but i'm not sure what it is. can you not post at all or just not post the links to your videos?

Why does the OP want to post in that dump anyways? Place is history. We have much bigger things to concern ourselves with.

Well if the goal is to bring an end to the Blazer board (if it isn't over already) . . . just make mgb a mod here (assuming he is willing to do it).

Not complaining about the mods here . . . the atmoshpere is good here thanks in part to the mods . . . but it would cut the heart out of BBF and mgb would make a good mod on a very busy board.

mgb can post here. I'm not sure that he'll ONLY post as a moderator, and I don't think it's S2's policy (or in its best interests) to try to undercut BBF or any other site.

Ideally, mgb would post here and here alone, because I think we all value him as a poster and he much be talking to himself and other Community Moderators over at BBF.

That's not my goal (or, I expect, S2's). I was simply making an observation. Disabling PMs seems remarkably draconian and an open admission that they are unable to handle the situation.

i feel like there has to be more reason to disabling PMs than just them worried about pming people links to here.

hell yeah he always had the sweet behind the scenes pictures from the meet and greets and what not. we needs us a healthy dose of mgb!
 
Damn . . . I'm all pumped about the Blazers, can't wait to read and psot about them . . . but I think I'm having an off day (it's because I'm out of shape).

Didn't mean to imply that any mods or S2 would want to bring down BBF . . . just throwing out an idea of what would kill a Blazer board that is on it last breath. And hell, I've been wrong all morning that this diea probably wouldn't be the death of the board anyways.

Huge win by the Blazers last night . . .overcame a great Wade performance taht would have been enough to beat otehr NBA teams . . . Nate has his hands full with both Roy and Rudy being stars whose natural positions are SGs. Nice problem to have. Go Blazers.

If you feel the need to have an account over there do what I did. I just signed up with a different name. They never checked my IP address. I've had no problem whatsoever logging on or posting

Its just a way to shut off communication. That's what towns do when they're horrified of a revolt, they shut down the phone lines. They're just passing it off as 'error'.

Well the banning itself doesn't really bug me. The fact that someone there banned me for 'douchebaggery' and then told the rest of the forum that I was spamming, when I wasn't, that irks me a little.


Oh well. Let them run their show, and watch other whole fanbases leave.
