I'm a Blazer fan.
So to me, using this time of year to think about, read about, and talk about the Blazers is normal.
What's weirding me out, however, is that this year, the big Greg Oden/Brandon Roy/LaMarcus Aldridge/Rudy Fernandez/Gang's All Here Year, it's not just us geeky Blazer fans who are talking about the Blazers....

However count me in the section of fans that believes this team will get it together faster than he thinks.

They showed that the core are fast learners and follow the good coach's teachings very well. This team will supprise.

Not sure if they can win against the Lakers this time out but it will be a close game. (written in invisable ink: Don't let Derizzle see this post.

I think I'm still in the Abbot camp regarding this team, consistency wins in the NBA and I see lots of ups and downs with this roster (at least through the first half of the season).

I'm going with the "expect the worst, hope for the best" mantra until I see otherwise this year.
