Btw how many more home openers will the rangers play this season?

Who cares. They have been terrible. Playing another teams home opener means nothing when you are getting dominated and don't even show up.

The schedule is beyond ridiculous but the play is worse

Outshot 64-23 last 4 periods.
 
chuck, I am blaming the whole coaching stuff, not just this new guy. I know the players are here to blame also but everyone should be held accountable.

that I cannot stop laughing at how pathetic they really are. Sather achieved his mission..........
he has built a pretty good farm team and one lousy NHL team. Year 14 and going nowhere.

For those people who ask fans to be patient, you could be waiting another 25 years of
bullshit Ranger teams. Good luck with that.

CBJ 2-1 also. Dubi with a goal tonight. Gabby with his 2nd goal already, and 2 assists tonight as well. Solid 3 point night for him. AS we continue to be dominated.
 
I know no one will want to admit it, but right now that Nash trade was a great trade for CBJ. Nash was okay last season, not great. We had a well below expectations season. Nash didn't do a darn thing in the playoffs, he was a ghost. We got knocked out early. Now he is out for a little time this season.

Meanwhile CBJ way exceeded their expectations, and are heading in the right direction.

Now I am not saying I wouldn't make the deal again. And I am not saying it won't look great for us at some point. But right now you would really need to stretch things to say we got the better of that deal.
 
In some ways it's too bad they have Lundqvist, they would actually be better served getting a top 3 pick for a year to get an impact prospect. He'll probably keep them in the 10-15 range.

Look idiot, I know your panties are in a bunch now because I said it was ridiculous to blame ANOTHER coaching staff after we just ran the last one out of town, but settle down. I was 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% for the Nash deal. I 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% would still make the deal. But, and follow along skippy, that doesn't mean that SO FAR it has been a great trade for us...it hasn't. We'll see if it gets better.

What made that last goal the best is not only did they have one guy WIDE OPEN to shoot at the empty net, they had ANOTHER guy WIDE OPEN to put it in the empty net. Funny stuff.
 
I sure hope they don't can AV after a month, that would be the dumbest thing ever. Dumbass Sather needs to look himself in the mirror at what he constructed.

They are not firing AV anytime soon.

It has to be tough being Sam and Joe sometimes. Even when the team is a comical joke they have to say stupid things to show some hope. The Rangers actually get a few shots and they say, the Rangers showing some life now. Getting something going. Just stupid.

How awful is Eli. Just wow. Proving yet again he is not a stud QB. No "stud QB" should look as bad as he looks this season. 15 ints in 6 games. Wow.

A lot of those are not his fault. I'm a huge jets fan and would nothing more to rub it in giants fans...but how many ints from tipped balls that should be caught by wide receivers
