Facts:

Trump demands 100% fealty.

Trump did not wear a mask to Tulsa, would not wear one, his minions followed his lead, and his cabinet had to too. There is no way any of his cabinet members could have shown up with a mask. They wouldn't be caught dead wearing one. Oops!

Hence, Herman Cain's death - and the spike in Tulsa 2 weeks later - is directly attributable to Trump's vanity, incompetence, hubris, insecurity, and refusal to wear a mask.

It's simple math.
