When my Falcons beat the Giants in a couple of weeks, your Skins may actually move into 1st in the NFC East.

BTW, great win, tonight! RG3 is mighty impressive. He just may stick in the league. ;)

Yeah, it looks like we got lucky with the RGIII pick. Know I'll be rooting for your Falcons when they play the G'ints.

Ta Da!!

If the giants lose next week then its Cowboys Vs Skins for the division. Really want to see that. I HATE the giants ,almost as much as I hate Philly, and I don't want to see them in the playoffs again with Eli "most overrated QB ever" Manning.

I'm still not sold on the 'Skins. The defense is held together with bubble gum and rubber bands right now. No one really knows how hurt Griffin's knee is. That being said, both Philly and Dallas are winnable games.

The interesting game is Baltimore/Giants. Can Baltimore right its ship? It remains to be seen. Their defense is decimated right now. Bradshaw will be back.

It's really not about this year. We finally found a direction. We'll be $18MM short again in the salary cap again next year and also won't have a first round pick, so it will be harder to restock the cupboards. What we'll need to do is find cheap talent that wants to join a team that may go places. When you suck, you have to overpay to attract veteran free agents.

Anyway, I know ABM started this thread simply to set up a situation where he gets to crow about the Falcs stomping my 'Skins in the playoffs.

Hardly.

The Falcons are the most enigmatic 12-2 team I think I've ever seen. I'd be extremely surprised if they make it past their first playoff game. Can't place my finger on it because, at times, they've played very well in each of the three phases of football. That said, they've lost games they should win, and they've won games they should have lost. They're just a real head-scratcher this season.
