Why would Trump be good for real estate values? His experience as a real estate developer doesn't mean he has any special powers to increase the value of your house. He didn't built your house and put TRUMP in big gold letters on it, did he?

In order to facilitate Obama's reckless spending, the Fed has kept interest rates so low that investors are forced to choose between near zero returns or invest in stocks and real estate. If the Fed didn't keep interest rates low, the interest on Obama's debt would consume so much of the tax receipts that the government would have to shut down most of your favorite programs.

Obama's been great for Wall Street. Main Street, not so much.

Trump's experience as a real estate developer does mean he knows enough of the rules and regulations. Enough to know which ones are holding the markets back.
 
If any of you think Trump will be a good president, you are the ones who are brainwashed. He is a horrible real estate developer, his properties have failed one by one...he knows nothing but how to talk with a big mouth, with very few words. He has said nothing of substance about solutions or what he will do for America, except build a wall, ban immigrants, and whatever other babble hes spewed. And, if he is somehow elected, I will never recognize him as president

Hiliar will get a bump in the polls from her convention. The WikiLeaks email dump is a huge embarrassment at the best time. After Hiliar's email scandal, you'd think Democrats would not be so sloppy about security.

Gary Johnson is at ~9% in the polls, hurting Hiliar's polls more than Trump's. He should be allowed in the debates.

Not totally sold on Kaine; his having been a missionary is a negative to me, not a positive. But one thing struck me in his speech, which I actually listened to, unlike some commenters. He said the Virginia Tech massacre when he was governor was the worst day of his life. I'm guessing the worst day of Donald Trump's life was when he got the second best table in a restaurant.
