The Democrats are doing absolutely EVERYTHING in their power to lose the 2020 presidential election waaaaaayyyyy in advance. They still don’t understand why they lost the last one.......and keep pushing the same frickin’ loser. They truly do think the American public is stupid on both sides of the spectrum.......

Huh? Because a person that use to work on her campaign says she could beat Trump? Not exactly a democratic endorsement.

Yep. I'm hoping they have Booker run. I think he would beat him. Get a woman to be his vp that isnt Warren.

If the Dems put a candidate out that isnt overtly left, and has a couple moderate tendencies, they win.

Put someone like Warren or Hillary out there, they lose.

You have to straddle that line. You can't pick someone too far left. She got attached to Bernie a little too much last go round.

All the dems need to do is get the independents and disenfranchised Republicans to vote for their candidate and they will be guaranteed a win. Booker straddles that moderate/socially liberal line.

I was thinking a Booker/Gillibrand ticket would work. Make the vp more left.

Any other moderatish but still dem candidates would work.

If you go too far left you wont pull in the straddlers.

Dude. I'm not trying to go back and forth with you. Her reputation is that she is closely aligned with Bernie. That's all that is needed to turn people off.

All I'm saying is if the dnc want to win, put someone like Booker out there. It doesnt matter if YOU wouldn't vote for him. Dems would. As would many disenfranchised Republicans and independents.

They lost on a technicality. They won the popular vote and undoubtedly would do so again. Next time, I wouldn't expect them to lose in the Electoral college by the slimiest of margins.

People usually say the bolded red when they're wrong. If she's " closely aligned" with Bernie why did she endorse Clinton over Bernie?

So did the Blazers, last night. Sure, they scored more points when the time ran out, but LeBron had more dunks and Luke Walton called more timeouts.

They won by 3 million votes. A glitch in a county in Wisconsin does not mean they weren't FAR more popular.

It takes both a back and a forth to accomplish this (2 people). You also say this RIGHT before you say what you want to say and then end the argument (did you go back or forth cuz at this point I don't know). It's so passive aggressive. It's also kinda weird.

Secondly, I think you're using your own perception regarding EW.

She endorsed Clinton over Bernie Sanders.

And no, she has not been associated with Bernie. I don't know that they've co-sponsored any legislation together.

She's been associated with Obama. He tried to appoint her to the CFPA (her creation) till Republicans whined like children about it. Obama then endorsed her for Senate. She's an Obama associate.

In closing, I'm not sure why, but you seem kinda upset. I'm just disagreeing with you. I'm not being disagreeable...
