Are you talking about PDXKASS? we never had a problem. I called her a **** and got suspended. Then she got banned for being a, well....you know

She was never banned. She left very pissed off at me after I deleted some personal insults that she posted. She has since gone up to start her own sports forum.

Speaking of PDXKass, I checked my Twitter account, and saw she/he somehow was linked to it.

Best part? "Her" last name is Danhap. Let me say that slower ... DAN ... HAP. What a coincidence!!

Psst....

That's not actually PDXKass. When she left here pissed off she changed her twitter id and locked her account. That freed up the PDXKass moniker and allowed someone from this forum (El Pres) to make a new account with it.

Every tweet in that account has been made by him.

I tried. The first two threads I read were about trading for Paul George and Greg Oden, and also about how Doug McDermott should be a Top 5 pick.

The grass usually isn't greener...

Ya, that was pretty unreadable.

I'll have to start my own forum if things go well next week

They got a mod over there named "brian" who is a proud husband and father, and has a very patriotic avatar. Hmmm.....

Do you really think our Brian would write this?

Slow day at my office so I put together this eight person, four team trade in which the Blazers say goodbye to Meyers Leonard and Victor Claver and get in return Paul George and Greg Oden. George would be a great add and Oden owes the Blazers.

The Blazers receive
Paul George (from Pacers)
Greg Oden (from Heat)

The Heat receive
Danny Green (from Spurs)

The Pacers receive
Victor Claver (from Blazers)
Rashard Lewis (from Heat)
Aron Baynes (from Spurs)

The Spurs receive
Meyers Leonard (from Blazers)
Toney Douglas (from Heat)

The caveat is that I'm pretty sure the conditions of the current contracts (some that expire at the end of this season) would not make this trade currently possible. Still I think it's a pretty good go of it if I say so myself.

Check it out: Trade

We send out Meyers Leonard and Victor Claver and get back Paul George? Sign me up!

What's sad is that Pops would probably turn Meyers into an all star after a couple of seasons on the Spurs.

I do. He's been completely unreasonable before regarding trading LMA, and refused to budge from his opinion that LMA wanted out for sure.

So you think that one of the most analytic people from our forum would write a post about trading Claver and MyLe for Paul George?

I wouldn't say his act here last summer was built on any sort of analytical premise.

I'm genuinely curious as to how BrianfromWA got under people's skin. I didn't think his arguments were too bad, or that he was too abrasive. But BF went off the handles with him, and you seem to loathe him. I'm just wondering, what did he say or do?

He besmirched the house of Aldridge!

He was adamant that LMA was demanding a trade. He refused to consider that the reports of a trade demand were a media creation, and he spent the entire summer overreacting to it. This entire board was about trading LMA, thanks to NB3 and BrianfromWA, for well over a month. It was silly and tiresome, which is why you've seen more realistic posts this summer when some of the same people started in yet again with their Trade LMA!!! stuff. If improving the roster via a draft pick is the idea, Lillard is by far the more attractive player for a team in rebuild mode.

Yup there was no credence to the aldridge rumors... none at all.... riiiiiiiiight.

Apparently not, since you two were assuming that it was 100% that he wanted out. I've tried to save you from yourself this summer...

Maybe it was a 100% until they told him he would be playing for the Cavs or some other place far worse than Portland. Then he shut his mouth and things worked out.

There's no doubt there was credence to the Aldridge trade rumors
