We are 4th in Offensive Efficiency and 7th in defensive efficiency

Look at houstons SOS .400. Only the Knicks(.399) have had an easier schedule.

I'd be annoyed at those rankings if I was a Grizz fan.

But yes, 8 game winning streaks will do good things for you - especially since this year we're winning more comfortably than last year.

Have no fear, Mark Stein gushing all over Memphis in his power rankings

Is Memphis' ranking not being properly reflected in the Hollinger rankings some good irony, or what?

Before they played each other, the Rockets had the lowest SOS at .389. So, playing the Knicks caused the Rockets SOS to go up and playing the Rockets caused the Knicks SOS to go down to the point where they flip flopped in the SOS rankings..

With good reason. They have been the best team in the league this year so far. I'm worried about Friday. As my only game in Moda this year, I don't wanna see a loss.

I agree. That team is definitely firing on all cylinders right now. Also, we will be equal in the "physical factor" where we are normally much stronger than most our other opponents.

Ha, I'm going to the game on Friday and it will be my only game of the year, too!

4th game in 5 nights and first game after an eastern trip. Crowd better bring it.

seems like it would be the other way around

I know, right? But that just shows you how WEAK the Rockets schedule has been. The 4-11 Knicks have actually been one of their tougher opponents.

but how would the knicks sos go down playing the rockets?

:smiley-drool:

Seeing those numbers gets me pumped!. If we can keep up that level of play (or even improve it), a deep playoff run isn't out of the question.

I wouldn't be surprised if we are even better by season's end. I could see us 3rd in offense and maybe 5th on defense.

They'll be a handful, but we've got the big man rotation now to deal with Gasol and Zach.

It's interesting, one game vs Philly substantially brings our SOS down.
