Homer has chops and swings....those Neil Diamond Monkey tunes probably had Hal Blaine on drums....for a first time gig....he really drove the car..few drummers can play songs like Blaine did with the wrecking crew in the 60s....respect! Too many drummers these days play beats instead of songs. When I retire and get my studio up and running...I'll definitely give him a call...
