Damian is #5:

5. DAMIAN LILLARD, PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS
Among the “all-offense but no defense” point guards, Lillard could very well be the best heading into his age 27 season,
and if he can help the Blazers build even a passable defense, Lillard could very well be considered one of 10 ten best players in the league next year.

In his fifth season with the Blazers, Lillard averaged 27.0 points, 5.9 assists and 4.9 rebounds while posting a career-high 58.6 True Shooting Percentage.
This year, Portland will have to be at their best from the start to even make the playoffs, and becoming a cohesive defensive team should be priority.
It’s tough for the Blazers to be a great defensive team with their current roster, but making it out of the bottom 10 shouldn’t be impossible.
Portland ranked 11th in offensive efficiency last season, but with Lillard they’ve tended to be better in other seasons.

Wall over Lillard is a reach.

Wall has had a better supporting cast in a weaker conference and hasn't done anything more than Lillard. He's inefficient, and his passing is good but Lillard plays in a team offense where assists come from ball movement, not one player creating everything. So I don't hold Wall's passing numbers over Dame. Lillard is just such a better scorer, which is so valuable to have in a PG these days.

I'm really underwhelmed by Wall. It's hard to put together a list, but really for me the only clear point guards over Dame are Westbrook, Curry, and Paul. Maybe Harden if you call him a point guard.

The rest are either really close to Dame or below him.

When HCP sees this thread he'll remind you of a player by the name of Lonzo Ball.

Really glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read that, otherwise my monitor would be covered in spray. Lonzo frickin' Ball hasn't played a game yet in the NBA. Let's start considering him among the top guards after he proves his worth against NBA competition.

Wall, I can understand MAYBE being ahead of Dame, MAYBE, but NOT CP3!

Harden is a ball dominant SG. Size of a SG, Speed of a SG, better guarding SGs, etc.

Lillard's trade value never higher!

For some reason, I always have a problem hearing what Sly says.
