According to People.com, who I count on for absolutely everything, Ball Don't Lie power couple Markodrina™ have officially tied the knot.

Adriana Lima, the 27-year-old Brazilian supermodel — and 2008 BDL Bedlam Champion, natch — married Memphis Grizzlies guard Marko Jaric in a hush-hush ceremony on Valentine's Day in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Had to have been at The Wort Hotel, right?

Unfortunately for Marko, the points he gains for what he's got on his arm are almost completely negated by the points he loses for what's on his upper lip... That stache is hideous.

Take a look at HCP. He's one ugly son of a bitch but he scored a hottie.
 
It's just game theory. It's better to catch someone more famous than you, if you can hold him/her. But if you get discarded by that more famous person, you lose. Dating someone less famous than yourself is safer...you pick up less glory, but you also are the one in the power position. Of course...being discarded by someone less famous than you is disaster, but vanishingly low likelihood.

So, the Jarics are in good position. They represent "safely famous" people for famous hotties to date. Famous enough to be seen with, but not famous enough to be risky.
