Pretty much what I was thinking. Feb 21.
this might allow Nurkic to play in a couple of
the 2nd MRI on January 8 confirmed a "knee injury"....I can't recall the Blazers ever saying exactly what it was. They said he would be re-evaluated in a month, so that evaluation would happen in the 1st of 2nd week of February.
it's beginning to look like neither one of Nurkic or Skal will make an appearance before the all-star break
My fear is Blazers PR pushing out Nurk news to counteract Neil’s financially motivated trades..
Nothing has changed... Nurk was expected to come back after all star break. I find it funny that all the Blazers media is hyping his practice after Neil makes a cost cutting trade with one of the expiring contracts that he was hyping as an asset. Feels like a distraction to Neil’s failure...
IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!! Holy crapatole. I was getting worried about you, bud. It's not too late. We can still get this....WERE GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Nope. If it wasn't an option for Melo, they aren't going to give that option to Ariza. Is Arias going to wear #7?

Lost in th Nurk return news:
I think they just said a week or two ago that he was actually going to be practicing around the All-Star break and would be back in March if all goes well. There was even some hint of optimism that he might be ahead of schedule. I doubt that means they'd let him play sooner than the 4 months though.it's been 2.5 months since his surgery, so it doesn't seem surprising he can shoot a basketball at this point in time. Last I heard, he was "hopeful" to start practicing in March. He is scheduled was for a re-evaluation in March...might happen a little earlier, but there isn't much clarity on that.
Gotta love the NBA H&P teams and the level of care they get. When I dislocated my shoulder, I could barely lift my arm for 6 months without pain. Maybe I shoulda opted for surgery.it's been 2.5 months since his surgery, so it doesn't seem surprising he can shoot a basketball at this point in time.
