The Houston Rockets today re-assigned Terrence Jones to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Houston's NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment is the record 105th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons, while Jones is one of a record 50 players who have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.

Jones (6-9, 252, Kentucky) re-joins the Vipers following three previous assignments when he played in nine games, all starts, and averaged 19.2 points and 11.0 rebounds. He has appeared in 11 games for Houston this season, averaging 3.1 points and 1.6 rebounds.

Jones is expected to join the Vipers today and be available tomorrow, when the team hosts the Reno Bighorns.

Houston fans can follow Jones during his time in Rio Grande Valley on NBADLeague.com powered by YouTube to watch all of the team's games live, online, for free.
