To be fair texting wasn't around in 95 so... ;)

Anyway, if the X factor is the crowd and we get the 2nd or 3rd wild card it doesn't matter unless we win it since they'd all be on the road. Getting the 1st WC is so freaking crucial. I actually REALLY like the way MLB set up the wild card. Makes getting the 1st WC and all division winners so important.

I do think that both can be true: because of the drought it'd be maniacal and also that it may not best the 95 crowd. And that's okay.

The REAL x factor is our pitching bar none.
 
Monumental win today. Stopped Atlanta's 8 game winning streak.

Dudes a rookie and went up against a top 5 lineup in the league and just overmatched em.

YEEEEP. Same. Marco annoys the f out of me as a player. Great person. But man, you just cannot count on him as a player. And he use to be our "ace" lmao.

fuck me they blew this one about as bad as any team could. Terrible pitching in the ninth. It's over. I expect them to go down 123 in the bottom 9th

That 9th was a freaking rollercoaster. TMobile park went from silent to a complete eruption. I feel very lucky to have been in the building.

The roof had just closed too, which was interesting. Made it a totally different atmosphere.
 
Julio is a better leadoff hitter than Ichiro. Fight me.

Winker is easily my least favorite player on the team. Him and Santana need to be replaced.

Maybe it's because I was sitting in the left field bleachers and I saw him make a terrible error in the first inning that let a run in. It pissed me off because it was a play that I could have made. Field the ball and throw it in, not that hard.
 
Hopefully Geno is back soon, we are gonna have a huge hole at 3b

That actually let two runs in didn't it? Because dude got to second base and then Ward hit em in.

I was listening in on radio in the car and Rizzs said Winker lost it in the lights. It fucking sucked and that extra run cost is the damn game.

I've been done with Winker for awhile. I literally forgot he was on the team for at least 3 weeks and honestly it helped my mental health.
 
Winker batting clean up and haniger still out.
