Well now Servais looks like a moron for leaving the rookie in. How many times this year have mariners' defenders been unable to figure out who catches the fly ball? Fuck me. Little league stuff.

Screw Toronto... catch Houston. You're only 3.5 back. Win this series and take advantage of the upcoming soft schedule and the M's could be in front of the Astros by the time Labor Day rolls around.

It's possible, but I only trust them to pass one team so far lol. Would love it though, cause fuck Houston.

I guess what I'm saying is that Toronto's also got such a soft schedule that I think they'll pass Houston. I think it's more likely for the M's to catch the 'Stros than the Jays.

Of course, passing both would be nice too...

Ah gotcha. Yeah I only know the Mariners SoS. If Houston can fuck all the way off and miss the playoffs god that'd be glorious, but I'm doubting it.

nah JP is such a natural lead off guy. JP/France/Julio. Julio at 3 just because of the OBP of the others. I know France has sucked most of the year, but Julio going to Geno seems real nice. Though France has done a great job 5th and 6th. Just need high OBP guys in front of Julio.

But that series was nuts. 9 hits in 2 games is absurd.

Idk but they almost lost to the Royals yesterday and that would have really sucked. Could have been the difference with how close it is.

Baseball sucks. I can’t believe it… Like 6 teams make the playoffs and if you have a .580 record you can lose your spot to .520 record because they lead their division? Is this a misnomer?

Idk if that’s accurate. Everything is exaggerated when I’m hating on baseball.

There's 6 wild card spots. So 12 teams make it total. And yes it does happen. We call it the AL central lol

went I went to the game on Sunday I realized that I need a jersey of his. Or at least a t shirt jersey which is more my style (economically). Damn near everyone had one lol

He's built different. Best player we've had since Griffey and theres not really an argument. Especially in the way he carries himself.
