Whelp it was fun while it lasted. We will be solidly in 2nd place about 6 games back by August 1st.

Mariners starting pitching should be livid with their teammate's bats. And how sad is it that the broadcasters have to ooohh and ahh over mariner FOUL BALLS/FLY OUTS. I have never heard such praise for foul balls. Boggles the mind.

Mentink should coach. Scott subbed out the only guy that hit the ball last night. Angie seems smart enough to let guys swing away.

IF the Mariners do not make a move soon they might as well be sellers cause this team is being run like the Blazers ( since PA passed ) --- just enough to compete but not much more

Needed that win bad. Now we need to win a couple series and get it back on track.
 
Had to have that win with Astros winning.

8 games gone in less than 3 weeks though.
 
Bryan Baker deserved a thumping for spelling his first name wrong.
 
We take those wins. Just need minny to not have go score 9 runs in the 9th to win a game. Man that was a wild night in baseball. Scoring 7 runs in the 9th and still losing by 1.

Then I remember the Mariners blowing a 9 run lead in the 9th against Cleveland in the early 2000s. Lol
 
Luis was stellar up until 90+ pitches. HOU has to cool off at some point. There productivity on offense should not be sustainable. knock on wood
