X-rays on Julio's ankle are negative. Day-to-day, thank god.

I doubt that Locklear is the shot in the arm that this team needs, but hopefully it's one of a few different moves the team makes. We need something more like 1990's steroids.
 
France reminds me of Kelenic in that I don’t really even care if they go on to success, they just come across as d-bags and I’ve always wanted them gone. I felt the same way about Meyers Leonard.
 
I read if France signs with a minor league team, he can stick the majority of his 6.7m contract on the Mariners owner. Do the Hartford Yard Goats need a new slugger?

19-2 is incredible.

Now I see why the broadcast booth is critical of starters. only shutouts are acceptable. Seattle's record would be 92-10, if the starters pitched perfect baseball every game.

This team could be soo dangerous if the bats come alive. Or if the front office puts down their Starbucks and trades for better hitters.

It's the closest I've been to saying fuck the team.

I'm a fan of the Rays, Orioles, and Dbacks... so...

I'm never abandoning the team but holy shit does an organization know how to shit all over any goodwill the team has.
 
a 3 game set against the White Sox starts tomorrow. Chicago can't beat anybody. It should be a welcome nudge back towards the winners circle.

Let's hope Mariners fans don't have to buy new TV's. Impact from a thrown plate can crack the glass, and high velocity nacho splatter can short out the connections.
