Are we really trying to compare a future HOF in Westbrook and a player who's not even an All Star in Lillard?

Answer this: in your opinion, on a championship caliber team, what role Lillard should have?

Judge with today standards, 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th option?

Remember that Klay Thompson and Kevin Love are 3rd/4th options on their team

His performances are depending on his jump shot who is not consistent and he doesn't have the body/athleticism of a Westbrook to make up for his bad shooting nights or even the court vision of a John Wall.

Look, it's not a question of being a fan or being a hater, i'm the first who would like to put Lillard in the same conversation as Curry, Westbrook, CP3 but it's clear that he's not worthy, with him as "Batman" we're battling for an 8th seed.

It's not Nurkic absence guys, he's not a superstar either, it's the fact that Lillard is not good enough to carry us like Westbrook or Harden are doing.

Nurk created options for this team. Dame has a losing stretch.-All players get them. He is still a hero because he did not leave when the starting team departed. He has the savior role and blew it a few times. This is Stotts' problem
 
Currently, 1st option, duh. Until the Blazers have a player that is clearly better than Damian, he is the first option.

You lose again. Anymore arguments we can shoot down?
 
I can't believe we have this bullshit thread after Lillard has 22/9/8 in a win. If that's considered a such a bad game that it's worthy of a Lillard sucks thread it speaks volumes for how great he truly is.

I'm here, and yes, it's so childish to bring up the thread after 1 good game.

We all know he can explode on any time, but still his performances are a roller coaster.

Playing against DLeaguers like Exum and Mack helps too, you won't see him score 26 in a quarter against CP3.

I personally agree with feeding trolls sometimes (not always) because often they just want/need attention and honestly if they are having a shitty day or whatever drives them to troll then why not let them have a little bit of happiness. It's not like it's actually hurting us, and at the end of the day we know everything they are saying is bologna.
