How close were YOU to the NBA?

7th and 8th grade I was in the paper as "THE NEXT GREAT PLAYER FROM EMMAUS?"
I averaged 21points,11rebounds,7assists,4blocks,3steals
Then, my AAU team 8th grade made me a defender, and I was scoring about 10 a game, but my rebounds, blocks, steals went up.
I used to be made fun of my jumper cuz it looked unorthodox, but I was hitting 3 3s a game. So, in camp, they changed my J and it "looked" better, but it wasn't falling.
Then, freshman year, we had a group of kids who COULDN'T play. I was primarily a defender, only averaged 8 PPG, but averaged 6 steals, 10 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 7 assists. I was primarily a guard.
Sophomore year, the coach told me he was looking forward for me to play big minutes on JV, I played 2 minutes a night, every time I went in I scored right away and defended well, and the coaches STILL benched me. I was on the craziest AAU team I was ever on the next summer, and I came into summer league IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE, was nailing every shot, SO CLOSE to dunking in game, and the coaches, again, even though I scored 10 points in garbage time, refused to play me. So I quit.

In high school I played 1 year of varsity as point guard and that is pretty much it.

oh yeah, a few months ago, I served food for a few Nets players (Kidd, VC, Krstic, Diop, etc) in TGIF by Clifton.

A couple months later at the end of the NBA season, I served food for Marcus Williams. He is an asshole and he didn't give a lot of tip.</div>

Who knew Marcus Williams was such a Scottie Pippen fan?

Seriously though, I find poor tipping to be a huge character flaw.
