I think it's also an age thing. I never would've considered taking today off. In fact, I've never taken a day off for a sporting event in my working career. The only sporting events I would take off would be if the Blazers were in the finals and it was during the work day (but they really don't play games during the day in the finals).

I have a co-worker, who is 20 years younger than me (god I hate being able to say that), who takes days off to watch Manchester United play games if they're important.

Im stuck at work today. Any recommendations from anyone on better live shows or radio apps to listen to for live coverage? National or regional is fine by me. Please and thx!

It's so incredibly annoying. Especially if you thought about putting on the belt and then forgot to do it and you're already halfway to your destination.

For me, it's when I wear this one pair of pants....and go disc golfing. I pull them up after every drive.
 
I don't work today, but am having to help my cousin and his stuck up Rosie O'Donnell looking vegan wife, put in their pool today, so hopefully Blazers have a good night.
 
It's been tough this morning, blood and guts everywhere.

Drove 5 miles pulling a trailer. Then sat in the hot sun surrounded by water.

No cell phone service, but lines everywhere.

Drove back to clean a bucket of trout, what a mess. Boat needs cleaning too.

It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.
