I'd never lock my dog outside. Never chain my dog up like that. If youbare going to treat your dog that way, you shouldn't have one. Glad Cloud got out of that and found a new home with a loving family.

I hope I'm right about my dog, that she's forgotten her abusive former owner. If I am maybe this dog will forget at least some of his years chained up.
