Since the Classic games have been shown of late i thought about this question. Some of my earliest, and fondest memories as a Blazer fan, revolve around taking the TriMet down to the Paramount, and watching the game on the big screen with play by play done by The Schonz. Many times it was packed. We would yell and scream as if we were at the Coliseum. They handed out a cool game roster pamphlet with both teams listed.

I was too young to go in, but I remember my parents going.

I went to the Paramount on game days I didn't have tickets, it was a great time and atmosphere.

It truly was. It would get as spirited as it would at the MC. Many times it had to be close to a sellout as well. Both levels filled. I loved watching the game on the theatre screen too.

I went to many a game at the Paramount. Back then, getting into the MC was neigh impossible. And for a while, getting a ticket to the Paramount for a game was hard as well. I saw a 4 OT game against Chicago when I was in middle school that stands out. The Blazers still lost that game, but it was amazing.

Yep, took in some games at the Paramount. I also remember the first few years at the MC when you could get a ticket easily and pretty much sit wherever you wanted as the place was only about 1/2 full if that at times.
