I take failure worse than everybody I know, I am extremely competitive in everything that I do. Every time my team loses in a basketball game, the next day I'm in the gym putting up 3-4 hundred shots because I assume that it was my fault, I always want to get better after a loss. I hate losing no matter what I am doing, I can't even stand losing at board/card games I know I suck at. If I lose, I always want a rematch as soon as the game is over. It's not always a good thing, but it's not bad either.

I dont take it bad because I always blame it on someone else

Yesterday I got so f*cking mad only because I lost a doubles game in badminton. It was pretty sad to see, but that's what it was... I never take kindly to losing.

I am pretty damn competetive during everything. The other day I yelled at my badminton teammate in a game during gym class....

It was just a game for fun. I got very pissed at him....

Well myself, I'll never get mad at anyone else as long as they are trying to win. I'll get mad at myself and I'm still pissed that we lost that game.

I'll get kinda pissed when I lose at tennis. I won't cry or go kill someone but I'll be like damn that sucks.

I get pretty bad after I lose close NBA games in NBA 2k7 or w/e...I'll start swearing really loudly, and my mom will come and unplug my XBOX. I also broke my controller one time by smashing it on the ground out of rage.

I hate losing when we lose to teams that I know we could have beat. That's the worst kind of losing. Basketball is the only game where I hate losing in, everything else is just for fun, I guess.

Yeah I've broken a couple controllers in my day, but not for a long time. I haven't thrown my XBOX 360 controllers ever, and I don't plan to. But I am a pretty laid back guy, but I'm also competitive. I hate losing. I can't even take this season for the Celtics, it's killing me. I cracked my TV remote this year and I yell/swear at the TV (with sentences usually ending with the word "Doc").

One day I punched my door to my room hard as hell and the center of that door don't look to pretty.

I was playing my little cousin 10 years old on Nba 05, and that game sux. lol. so I lost to him and I got so mad. he was using the sonics and I was using the rockets. all he did was pass it in the post to radmonovic or someone and just put up and automatic 2 points or just basically walk into there with him and make a layup. the defense sux in that game and u can just walk into the post. I got hella pissd because he kept doing that and he beat me.. I hate losing to my cousin because well.. hes 10, but whenever he finally beats me at somethin, he overreacts and becomes a lil b*tch.

It all depends on how the game went... Last nite I played and got my ass kicked... And it really cause of someone on my team. he tryed playin to muchone on one. when he cant. wouldnt kick the ball back out. But I was real mad at him..

This has nothing to do with losing, but after I found out I tore my ACL I punched a wall and had a huge deep bruise on my hand for a while.

I hate losing. Everytime I lose, I get pissed and it takes me a while to cool down. I don't blame anyone, unless they it really was there fault.

I used to get really pissed, and start blaming myself and eventually the refs and then my team. But I noticed you win some and lose some. I still get very aggrivated when I lose, but I use that aggression during practice when Im trying to help people. So Yeah I take losses pretty bad, but I dont yell at people anymore. I really just blame myself for not helping my teammates on and off the court. When its just me and I lose, I usually work on whatever I did wrong and fix it(like my shooting, I used to be horrible, but ive gotten pretty good). But despite saying all that, when I lose at anything like video games, board games, bets, pickup games...etc. etc., I get very critical of myself and the people around me. Really, without losses I would never get better at anything.

I get very frustrated and discouraged. It's almost a negative thing when I lose rather than a motivational tool.

I usually get pissed when I lose. Whenever we lose in a basketball game, I ALWAYS assume it's my fault. In games, whenever I lose I'll get pissed and start being a bi*ch to whoever beat me

Sports - Very competitive..I can't stand losingBoard/Card games - Don't care at allVideo games - I'll get pissed occasionally but it's not too bad.

When the Lakers lose, especially in the playoffs, I take it pretty hard. The outcome of the game will almost always effect my mood the next day. As far as on the basketball court, I hate losing but I'm almost always on a losing team with an idiot coach. Even when I played club basketball we were like 5th out of 8 teams. I don't have too much luck as far as myself losing.

One time I didn't come off the green light fast enough when it switched. The guy next to me beat me, so of course I shot him.

I take my sports teams losing harder than me losing because I know I can control what I do and get better at it while I have to watch other people make decisions for my teams. I usually keep the anger I get from losing inside, but I sure was angry when I couldn't finish 1 last rep on the bench press and I needed 2 guys to come help me. Failure sucks.

I take it we have some sore losers on this site.

I dont take losing so badly when its for fun but when its serious, and especially when I know im one of the best players at that time, I get real pissed. from now on everytime I lose at ball, serious or not, im gonna set myself 3 hours extra gym time.

I take it pretty good, I dont really care about my team but Im really competetive when it comes to scoring, I have the most goals on my team so far and If anyone passes me I start playing harder and trying more.

I hate losing and dont take it well, I lead my team in technical fouls every year
