I'm from China and live in Detroit now so i might have chance to see Yi when Nets come to Aubum hills.

Anyway,good luck to all new friends.

this thread brings a smile to my face. It is so excellent and exiting to see a happy fan base, and new fans join us. The Nets have had ups and downs, but I think this is the return to having things be good again sooner or later

Yao has been a Rockets for 6 years and is the Franchise player there, so many Chinese fans consider Rockets "their" team. Yi just has one year experience in NBA but is already on his second team. I think most Chinese fans will still hope Rockets win when they are against each other, at least right now.

Have you seen the plans for the new arena in Brooklyn? I never dreamed in my lifetime I'd see downtown Brooklyn be anything more than a place where I used to get robbed when I was a freshman in high school
