Texans have ZERO idea how to drive in the elements! Get even just a little bit of rain here and you get people going 25 MPH on the freeway while others are zipping along going 75 MPH like nothing is happening. It seriously is survival of the fittest and I always tell my wife, I don't mind driving in this stuff at all (she hates) but I mind other people driving in it!
