Like me, he got smart and moved to sunny southern California.

CNN trying paint him as at odds with the womens' movement, but he was one of the early supporters of abortion rights and other positive womens' issues.

His organization was built by women. He made his daughter the CEO of the whole thing.

He came along at a time when the pill gave women more power over their lives and bodies, and together all that followed really changed society for the better, IMO.

Anyone steal their dad's old issues when they were kids? I found one from the 70s when I was like 12 and saw some 70s earth mama bush, and some huge afros. Those were the days. Hustler was much better though.

National Geographic, even in the 20's and 30's cornered the market on that stuff when the only boobs Hef was eyeballin' were his mama's......but otherwise, I had to get my sex ed via the men's magazines at the barbershop like the rest of my buddies.......And Penthouse was a very nice bridge between Playboy and Hustler. More daring than the former but not as graphic as the latter.....
