That is weird. The dude is probably crazy. I feel bad for the people that had to live next to this guy. That's just disgusting.

The guy has mental issues, it said in the article. My grandma is wierd like that, her apartment is a complete mess, she throws nothing away and I wouldn't let my kid stay there, half the sh*t in her fridge is uneatable because it's spoiled....ugh...if you help clean her apartment it stays clean for for a few days....she can't be stopped...she has dementia.
