Again, how attractive is owning a franchise for someone that doesn't frequently come to Portland, doesn't want to move to Portland, or has no connection to Portland?
Say its an equity group/investors.
What is the attraction of Portland versus say, Las Vegas, where which has world class dining, entertainment and they are able to entertain their clients, associates, etc. There is a state of the art arena available in the T-mobile arena (the MODA Center is dated) and one that is going to be built.
