I post this in the off topic section as this might be where it is most appropriate today.
I have long been into study of personality types and what they do.

As Blazer fan we are indeed lucky to have a man like Sly among us. I recall several time in the off topic section, that I got many member to volunteer their character type for the subject at the time. Sly never did, even one evening when 32 members did. We had most types I think, but for the ENFJ. A very special type, one that is prone to insure that all parties are accommodated. One that arranges for events that will please everyone.
We see this year after year with Sly in control. Yes, the first Blazer event I attended since the original days was because of Sly personally inviting me. Gee, maybe 12 years ago now. I have not returned but Sly Continues.

I see he mentioned Harry Glickman and some event coming. Wow! We are blessed to have a man sets stuff up for us, and that is the truth for sure.

When the Blazers were coming to town, that was the day! I got my gang at work together and we were up front to buy a block of season tickets. 12 as I recall, but long story here, it could not be IBM so I bought them as some association. Can't even remember that now, but it was a number of of us that worked there and we did get a little support. We managed those seats for us and business. Those were the days, the Blazers were our team! Geez, it was good!!

Harry Glickman was there when I picked up the tickets. I loved that man.

Psst... I edited one of Marzy's posts and moved it to it's own thread with a new title.

Well it certainly deserves its own thre...I mean what selfish asshole thing to do

But what personality type was he? I don't understand why you left out this crucial information.

You are a prime example of why I didn't care too much for Myers-Briggs. Four letters aren't enough to try and describe you.

I think there are a couple of four letter words that describe me well.

I can’t help but respond to you @MarAzul as this is such a great post.

I agree totally!

Without Sly those "nice science threads" wouldn't be there for folks to ruin! Sly tries damnit!

YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO THE MOON, SLY!

I was about to bring this up in the “Sly is a trolll” section because he knows damn well I’m like Michael Scott and “that’s what she said” with Uranus jokes. Or probes. Especially deep space probes into the center of Uranus.

Time loves a hero....

@SlyPokerDog Sorry, I missed your last reply. I'm doing okay....filling out job applications today. Trying to stay sane during this lock down. My mother is a high-risk with her weakened immune system from so many cancer treatments over the years, so she's in isolation with my father, but is doing okay. My father has had enough of working, and with the collapsed economy he is trying desperately to retire, and they're selling off a beach house to do it.

In as far as a new cat, unfortunately no, I haven't yet. Once this pandemic hit, our Humane Society locked down and I couldn't adopt. But when I do, I'll post my new kitty here.

How are you doing? I'm sorry I haven't been around.....2020 can go fuck itself. God what a shit year so far lmao.

Sorry to hear about your mom and dad. Keep them safe!

And bummed to hear you haven't gotten a cat yet.

Anymore road trips in the caddy? You have to loving the cheaper gas.

I am definitely loving the cheaper gas.....with the Safeway discounts I get, which have been cut in half due to the pandemic. Gas is still significantly above $2/gallon here in SW Washington unless you have a discount of some sort. Apparently from what I'm hearing, it's because we get gas from refineries in California. I have some opinions on that which are colorful, but I'll keep them to myself instead of derailing the thread.

The Caddy is.....okay. It runs. Leaky tire due to a nail, which can't be repaired because the tire is too old. Saving up for a set of new tires, but I'm about $100 short, so I've got a ways to go. The trunk pull-down motor is broken (could be the switch, thankfully I have a new one from AC Delco ready to be installed), and I'm having a guy look at it next Saturday at 10 AM to see if it's the motor or the switch. Fucking thing....

After that, it needs new sway bars and links. Then it will be pretty much fixed up save for some minor things.....unless it needs two new bearings or ABS Wheel Speed sensors. Also looking into that.

If I had credit, I'd just go out and buy another car. It's not worth it to me to keep this thing. There is a Lincoln Town Car and a 2008 DTS that I'm looking at. But that's probably not gonna happen. And I would have to sell the car for over $1,000 just for a down payment. Also probably not gonna happen.

Wish me luck on the job hunting! I need it. :(

Finally shit outside instead of on the carpet for once....

What a good dog, lmao.

How have you been bro? I hope everyone is staying safe from this pandemic.
