Just one more of the many reasons to bring back our most ardent poster, MarAzul. He's already been severely punished for his sins, but cruel and unusual punishment is unbecoming of an intelligent society.

People who murder children in Oregon don't even get a lifetime ban from society.

Water makes up about 71% of the Earth’s surface, and MarAzul was this board's Old Man of The Sea, bringing reports, experiences and knowledge directly from the "rest of the world" to our screen-tops regularly. Unquestionably, the educational value of S2 has plummeted without him.

It seems the punishment is really inflicted upon all of us, and maybe it's time to welcome him back.

Maybe we can consider PapaG.

MarAzul is far down the waiting list of potential parolees.

He was a very angry person. A little out of touch with reality which tends to happens to people who live in Yachats (the boat not the town).

Yeah but there are many angry people on here and some of them post all day every day.

Marzy wasn't even on much. I don't know why he was banned, but unless he seriously threatened someone or went on a racist tangent.... #FreeMarzy

Some of his tales form the sea were great. And he has much knowledge to be gained regarding oceans and how they affect our environment.

He lives on a boat for chrissake. Hes bound to be a tad off. lol.

Aren't we all?

I am definitely loving the cheaper gas.....with the Safeway discounts I get, which have been cut in half due to the pandemic. Gas is still significantly above $2/gallon here in SW Washington unless you have a discount of some sort. Apparently from what I'm hearing, it's because we get gas from refineries in California. I have some opinions on that which are colorful, but I'll keep them to myself instead of derailing the thread.

The Caddy is.....okay. It runs. Leaky tire due to a nail, which can't be repaired because the tire is too old. Saving up for a set of new tires, but I'm about $100 short, so I've got a ways to go. The trunk pull-down motor is broken (could be the switch, thankfully I have a new one from AC Delco ready to be installed), and I'm having a guy look at it next Saturday at 10 AM to see if it's the motor or the switch. Fucking thing....

After that, it needs new sway bars and links. Then it will be pretty much fixed up save for some minor things.....unless it needs two new bearings or ABS Wheel Speed sensors. Also looking into that.

If I had credit, I'd just go out and buy another car. It's not worth it to me to keep this thing. There is a Lincoln Town Car and a 2008 DTS that I'm looking at. But that's probably not gonna happen. And I would have to sell the car for over $1,000 just for a down payment. Also probably not gonna happen.

Wish me luck on the job hunting! I need it. :(

What a good dog, lmao.

How have you been bro? I hope everyone is staying safe from this pandemic.

My Son's Cadillac had an issue with the trunk pull down as well. It's a neat feature but it seems to be a common problem. I actually bought a switch but ended up selling the car before I installed it. I actually think I have that laying around in my garage somewhere.
