I’m wondering how this time off will affect players moving forward. Will the added rest help extend their careers? Will it get them out of rhythm and derail them? I suppose a lot of it depends on the individual.

Im sure some players will retire prematurely, and others it will help extend their careers. Sadly, tho completely understandable, some players struggle without the structure of the NBA (practices, having access to training facilities, etc).

Younger players, in the 1st through 3rd years of their careers, probably will struggle the most. They don't have the $ yet to have their own courts in their houses, or set up to work on their games by themselves.

The undisciplined will probably have the biggest issues.

I'm not so worried about Dame, CJ or Nurk, as much as I am about Simons, Little and Collins.
