No kidding, it's not "as supported as DVD," it's a new DVD storage media (not a "movie format") used for high definition content. Obviously it will not replace everybody's 30 dollar DVD player right away. (It may never, but I bet developers will still take 50 gigs for games over 9.)

Blu-Ray is a new movie format, its not DVD, since it uses blue-laser diodes to read the discs. It has 25GB on single layerto 50GB on double layercapacity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blu-Ray.</p>
 
12 games were available when ps3 came out. And of all those fall of man was the only game that was interesting.</p>
