You serious?! Counter-Strike is the mother of all FPS'. CS1.6 was released in 2000 and is still one of the most popular FPS' on the PC. CS:S was released in 2004 and is another huge FPS.

It is hard for 'modern day' gamers to get into the game seeing as it lacks the retarded features that BF and COD have. There are no vehicles, ranks, or upgrades. It's pure shooting, round-for-round.

It is still my favorite game of all-time.

is it only PC? Maybe thats why I havent heard of it lol.. I'm always behind the times on Most FPS believe it or not.

I liked COD4 better than CS:S because in CS you could shoot a guy with an M4 four times and he will spin around a fuckin 1 deag you. OR a dude will jump around the corner with an AWP and blast you in the toe, but you die. I was okay at CS, but I'm a fuckin god at COD.
