I just realized - Wes is our current Jerome

I don't know why I never realized this before, but Wesley Matthews is this team's Jerome Kersey. Porter said something about Kersey after he passed that made me think of Wes.

"He got every ounce out of his talent that was humanly possible."

You could say that same thing about Wes. It breaks my heart that he has to go through this, but if anyone can come back even stronger, it's Wes Matthews.

I said this 2 years ago and was laughed at. Wes and Kersey, in terms of heart and putting forth energy, are very similar. At least someone else finally got it!
