Anyone good with Photoshop or Gimp?

I need to convert the RIPCITY TWO header ^^ into grayscale and save it in the .AI format. It's for the Rippy Award trophies.

Also I need all the background mountain, tree and bridge crap removed. Just the ripcity two. You can crop it. I tried doing it and it looks like crap.

I have emailed them 3 times asking and they don't bother to reply. Actually I emailed them and asked them for the .AI files and they don't respond. I won't tell anyone that you're the one who did it, lol. Email it to me at SlyPokerDog@yahoo.com

Did you get it done Sly? If not I could give it a go using Paint Shop Pro. I find it much better to manipulate images, especially colors.
