I think I'm about to have a heart attack

It's my birthday so I figured I would treat my self to a little treat for breakfast, and I choose to try a new item from a local fast food chain here called the Spangles Sausage Breakfast Bowl. It's a layer of heavily buttered eggs, then a layer of tater tots, then country gravy, some cheese, and finally a layer of sausage. It was soooooo good, but I now I feel a little sick.

The place I mentioned before also has these breakfast pitas that are to die for. It's basically a pita with eggs, and a bunch of bacon, ham, and sausage on top. I know it sounds really basic but it's delicious.
