Last summer, people bemoaned everyone in our division got better than us. OKC was supposed to better than us but we swept them 4-0. At the trade deadline, lots of crying too but then we went on 13 game win streak, won the "improved" division and got the 3rd seed despite late season struggles. Yes, we got swept in playoffs but that doesn't erase all the good we did. Even without Davis, we still have a VERY talented roster. Collins is due for more minutes and that's probably why we let Davis go. I expect Nurk and Collins to improve this year and a top 3 seed is very much in play. Rockets lost Ariza and may lose Capela too. OKC is basically bringing back the same team. Lakers don't look much better than the Cavs team that finished 4th in EAST despite LeBron playing all 82 games. I accept my responsibility to cheer you up and tell you it's not as bad as you think.
