I also think it might be time they really look at if it is time to move on.
In the Pelicans series it appeared that either three things happened and two of them are on Stotts.
1.) They just don't have the Talent required to beat the Pelicans -I think that series should've been much closer than it was...
2.) Stotts got out coached - The Pelicans were giving them looks they hadn't seen before, or employing strategies the Blazers never figured out how to exploit. It appeared the Blazers were never aggressive in the series until they were out of it.
3.) Stotts had adjustments and the Blazers just weren't executing it. If the Players can't, or won't execute your game plan or in game adjustments than their is a problem with the coach not having the players attention.
I think Stotts is a good head coach, and maybe the Blazers can't find someone better than him, I feel the guy who should go is Neil Olshey more than anyone. The Blazers had some major flaws this year, that I think coaching played a part in like they were last in assists, and they seemed to have no idea how to run a fast break, that is at least partially on the coach.
All in all sometimes, you just need a breath of fresh air, not that the Blazers are the next Golden State, but a new coach made a pretty good team into a great team.
