When I mean HAM, I'm referring to being that "complete Pg". I wouldn't be surprised if he's a 25/10 player next seasonI don't think he goes HAM, I think he becomes a point guard. He's had trouble wearing down by the end of the season. Hopefully, that won't happen.
Of this is all Premature Educated guesses. We still have cap space - lots of it. The fact that we have a reasonable team now gives me great hope that we'll have a good, maybe very good team when training camp starts.
Lots of guys that can catch lobs, that's for sure. When I mean HAM, I'm referring to being that "complete Pg". I wouldn't be surprised if he's a 25/10 player next season
if LA comes back, dame will average 24 points, 10 assist, 6 rebound. if LA does not comes back, Dame will average 35 points, 14 assists, and 10 rebound. he is going on westbrook mode, but Dame has the clutch to helps us win games. it is safe Dame will be going on full #LillardTime
When I mean HAM, I'm referring to being that "complete Pig".
I think he was making an overstatement. Even 30 is a pretty tough number IMO.I don't know that his numbers will change that dramatically...I think he'll definitely have a good number of 30 plus point nights, but not enough to give an average of 35 a night, nor do think he will average a triple double.
If LA is gone, I think Dame steps into superstardom. I think he averages 25 ppg, 8 assists, 4 boards. I think he moves up on the same level as Curry. That's my feeling.
I think the previous year's defense was predicated to leaving Dame on an Island to defend. I expect the trap and swarm defense with these athletes, which won't expose him as much defensively. In fact, that style may propel him to become a decent defender.Lol what are his shooting percentages gonna be? And will he play defense? Thats what's holding him back from superstardom. Not pure numbers.
He already scores about 21 a night. two more buckets a game isn't that big. His assists with go up a ton next season if there is no LA.
Which may be good. I love Batum and always will (own his jersey for fucks sake) but having him really slowed Dame's game. Dame had an issue with slow starts and it mostly had to do with the rotation we were using, Batum getting half the PG duties and LA shooting a ton.More to the point, no Batum, so he actually has to play PG.
If we field a team that makes it to the WCF. Only then will you attract that type of playerwe have all this cap space what if neil just gets a bunch of filler and we tank and get lotto plus give durrant the max next year?
