The guy isn't close to being the most ball dominant guard. The fact is that he hasn't started with a guard in the back court with him that makes sense since Wes. The fact that you're not seeing that is a bit concerning. On offense Dame is anything but a liability, his teammates not making the wide open looks he gets them has been. Dame isn't a great defender so the answer to that has been to put guys next to him in the back court that are worse defenders and ask one of those poor defensive small guards to defend a big guard. The fact that you think that it's Dame and not roster construction is ridiculous.

Not true. Unless it’s a trade or something major, it gets rolled into a mega thread. Brandon Miller coming to town? Rolled into the Brandon Miller thread. Scoot working out with Steph curry? Scoot mega thread. You have to potentially read through pages of posts to make sure you’re up to speed.

He has the ball in his hands off every rebound, walks it up court, passes it to high post or wing, fakes a move and comes off screen and regains ball then starts his offense. That my friend is ball dominant. People think he is gone and hasn't even been to a WCS in 11 years, but I know it is his supporting cast of year of those 11 years. It is his backcourt mate every year of those 11 years. He is the most overhyped All-Star around. The fact you aren't seeing that is a bit concerning.

It is hard for teammates to make open jumpers when they spend 80% of the possession watching him do his thing. Then if he can't shoot it, he kicks it out late in the clock forcing teammates to wake up and hit the shot under time pressure. People act like he is Chris Paul wit the ball setting up teammates. He is Harden. Add up their combined championships and let me know what that comes to. The fact you blame 11 different rosters and not Dame is ridiculous. But hey, it is your opinion to think that. At least I think that is what these boards are for.

That post reminds me of something real funny at work. I started losing my hair in my late 20's. Never one to try to be anything I'm not....started shaving my head the next day. Got a coworker who is about 10 years younger than me used to nonstop crack on me about "not having hair" (as if that's something to judge somebody by)..... I used to crack back and say it happens to all of us FAMS. This dude is going bald and trying to hold on to every last scrap. I love it.
 
Age, of ALL things is just such a strange thing to crack on people about. As if it ain't about to happen to you? Never got that, there are so many more things to crack on people about.

I feel like 2/3 of the threads here shouldn't even exist. If you're saying Reddit has way more threads, I'm not sure that's a good thing.

Incorrect.

Dirk wasnt older than Dame.

Duncan was much younger for 4 of his 5 championships, the final one had Manu and Ginobili as well as Kawhi get MVP so I wouldn't consider Duncan leading the team to that title.

Jerry West wasn't older.

Russell your possibly correct 1 of his 12 rings was when he was older than Dame, although I'm not sure he was considered the leader of that team in his final season.

Kareem was I believe the 4th name.

Curry was the same age as Dame, so he wasn't older when winning a title.
