I have read that these horrible horrible laws were originally put into place by Clinton, and have been running for a long time. People are only now finding out because it's all being attributed to Trump.

I'd get called out for linking it but there are youtube videos of cab drivers taking "refugees" to illegal border crossings to Canada. In huge quantities.

What surprised me recently was how Obama really was the "deporter in chief"

One way it could be all partisan bullshit is if there is no actual issue at the border - if illegal immigration isn't a problem of any sort.

But if there is a problem, then it does matter how it is dealt with, which makes it not partisan bullshit - unless everyone actually agrees on how to deal with it but are just pretending to disagree.

If there is no difference between Trump and Obama on immigration issues, then clearly Trump's entire campaign on the issue was partisan bullshit.

I hadn't heard about the wall Canada wants to build on the US border. Nor have I heard about Canada taking the children away at those illegal border crossings and putting them in cages and shipping them across the country. I look forward to hearing the details.

I honestly don't know where they go after they cross. The canadian authorities warn them but don't stop them. I do know they sped up the asylum process and now 70 percent or so get approved.

I don’t know if it went over your head which it probably did plus the fact you like wording things to dodge the real point. Innocent civilians and kids have died through drone strikes and are referred to as collateral damage as long as we got the target!

If it is not ok to be outraged over immigration issues because drones, then it is not ok to be outraged about college students because immigration.
